Business Development Partner – GCC Family Offices & Conglomerates

Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads among GCC family offices & second-gen owners
• Attend dinners/majlis with principals
• Close AED/SAR 500K–3M advisory retainers
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Co-own revenue targets
Qualifications
• 3–10 years selling to GCC family businesses or HNIs
• Existing network in Riyadh/Dubai/Jeddah (mandatory)
• Proven track record of closing 6–7 figure deals
• Arabic mother tongue + fluent English
• Presentable & comfortable in majlis settings

Salary and Position Details
• Position: Business Development Partner (Partner Track)
• Base Salary: AED 20,000 – 35,000 per month
• Commission: Uncapped (50–100 % of first-year retainer typical)
• Location: Remote + regular GCC travel
• Start Date: Immediate / Rolling applications
