Responsibilities

You’ll lead end-to-end execution for digital transformations:

•  Lead end-to-end Amazon KSA/UAE, TikTok Shop, and Noon launches (18–40 SKUs)

•  Set up private-label LLCs, trademarks, and supply-chain structures

•  Optimize inventory, 3PL, and freight (Jebel Ali → Riyadh/Jeddah)

•  Negotiate with suppliers in China/Turkey for better-for-you snacks, fragrances, industrial tools

•  Own the digital P&L and hit SAR 5M–100M+ run-rate milestones

•  Train client teams and hand over profitable operations

Qualifications

We’re looking for execution machines with GCC experience:

•  2–8 years hands-on e-commerce operations or FMCG/industrial supply chain

•  Proven Amazon KSA/UAE or TikTok Shop launch experience (mandatory)

•  Deep knowledge of GCC customs, Wasel, Sabber, and 3PL landscape

•  Arabic + fluent English

•  “Zero-excuses” execution mindset — you ship on time
